Delivery 

When will I get my order? 

Usually, it takes 5-7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows: 

USA: 10-14 business days 

International: 10–20 business days

Will I be charged customs for my order? 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address 

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left a package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contactfunkygrungeboutique@gmail.com with your order number. 

Orders 

How do I track my order? 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in your carrier's system. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contactfunkygrunge@gmail.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email at contactfunkygrungeboutique@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

**You will need to cover any extra return shipping costs.

If there’s something wrong with your order, and it is approved, the dress will be shipped back to this address:

Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at contactfunkygrungeboutique@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contactfunkygrungeboutque@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. Include yourorder number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products)digital, resell items, handmade denim bags or upcycled clothing. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contactfunkygrungeboutique@gmail.com.

Returns/Exchanges Are Not Excepted. But please email me at contactfunkygrungeboutique@gmail.com  if you have any problems with your order.

All purchases are final sales. Please read the description for handmade, sourcing, or shopping our closet items. All clothing is pre-loved so items will be in second-hand condition. Handmade jewelry and earrings are made from repurposed and sourced USA items. 

Items in our product images may vary by look, feel, and fit then they appear in the photos.

We only ship the very best items.

If your package arrives damaged or broken please do not return without properly contacting FunkyGrungeBoutique. (you) the sender will pay for return shipping. If packages are returned, they MUST be returned back in the original form that it was received.
